This tour offers an authentic immersion into the daily gastronomic experience of a Roman, allowing
you to discover in just a few hours the flavors that define their everyday life. It is not a historical
tour but an exclusively culinary journey, dedicated to the pleasure of food and local gastronomic
traditions.
We begin our gastronomic adventure at Italy Pass Tours, where we’ll meet our guide and receive a
brief introduction to the traditional Roman and Italian sweets that we’ll be tasting throughout the
tour.

selects only the highest-quality ingredients. Choose two flavors, from classics like dark chocolate
and hazelnut to more creative options like zabaione cream with Marsala or prickly pear sorbet. End
your tour at a micro-roastery and café located in the heart of Rome’s Prati district, just a short walk
from the Ottaviano metro station. This spot offers an authentic experience for coffee lovers,
featuring six different blends and single-origin coffees, all roasted on-site.
